Self-defense classes
In this class you will learn these basic techniques: punches, kicks, escapes, falls, rolls, and levering techniques used in self-defense. By learning these skills, you will be able to combat an attacker and counter common attacks such as neck choke, front & back bear-hug, hand grab, and many more. Join to improve self-confidence & self-esteem, increase strength & flexibility, sharpened awareness & better focus. Learn skills to defend yourself and protect others in real-life situations such school, work, and public places.

Breathing methods
Breathing methods: 2-phase, 3-phase and 4-phase breathing methods.

Vovinam Soft Form
A dynamic exercise that combines breathing and continuous, rhythmic, flexible movements of the body to help circulate blood and energy, increase metabolism (absorb vital energy, eliminate turbid air) and clear the meridians.

Twenty-Eight constellation
A dynamic exercise based on sitting (14 positions), lying on the back (7 positions), lying on the stomach (7 positions), so it can be considered as static - dynamic 50 - 50. The characteristic of the exercise is the different inhalation and exhalation positions to optimize the breathing process, clear the meridians and restore health. The exercise is very useful for people with weak constitutions and sick people.
